March 2009 Agenda

Your Approach(es) To Using The Birkman -Think "Mechanical" interests.

"How" do you specifically and practically use the Birkman? Think "Clerical" interests.

What "processes or systems" do you use to introduce Birkman results to an individual and/or to a team (if any at all)?

Bottomline: We are asking each participant to bring at least three very specific examples of how you approach(es)  practically using The Birkman...even if it is not the same way each time and even if it is not very red or yellow as the above may indicate. :-) [This is a topic many of you have asked for - it is finally here!]
